After breakfast, I picked up the daily crossword and returned to the cabin to work on it and fill out my Canadian customs form and deposited it in the drop box. Since this was a sea day and we were in the middle of the ocean, I read until time to get ready for the evening. At 6, I went to the Ocean Bar and I went to dinner at 7. After dinner, I went by the cabin to find a Port Valet Enrollment form to have my bags picked up at the ship and I won't see them until I arrive  at DFW. Also, information about Glacier Bay where we will be cruising tomorrow. I went to the Rolling Stone Lounge at 8:15 and stayed until 9:30. Suzanne and Leon were there with me at the bar. I got up at  7 and put out some laundry. I went to breakfast at 7:45 and then picked up the daily crossword and returned to the cabin to find my invitation to the Mariners Recognition Event and lunch. It was a very overcast day with rain in the forecast for the morning, so I worked on the crossword before going for my tender ticket at 9 and got to shore at 9:20. I walked around Spit for about an hour, stopped and had coffee at the Coal Town Coffee & Tea and went back to the ship at 11:25. Homer proper was 6 miles away and I decided not to try to get there. I downloaded my photos and updated the blog entry. Then I read until time to get ready for the evening. This was the Orange party night, so I dressed in an orange shirt and went to the Ocean Bar at 6.  At  7 I went to dinner and afterward I went back to the cabin to add my orange bow tie. I went to the Rolling Stone Lounge at 8 to watch the passengers vs the officers music trivia. At 9 the Orange Party started and the band played great music. I stayed until 9:50 when I returned to the cabin to update the blog and I went to bed at 10:30.
